acidrip on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "acidrip" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install acidrip on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S acidrip

* (Optional) Uninstall acidrip on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns acidrip

2. Manually Install "acidrip" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone acidrip's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/acidrip.git ~/acidrip

c. Go to ~/acidrip folder and install it

$ cd ~/acidrip $ makepkg -si
