algernon-bin on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "algernon-bin" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install algernon-bin on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S algernon-bin

* (Optional) Uninstall algernon-bin on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns algernon-bin

2. Manually Install "algernon-bin" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone algernon-bin's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/algernon-bin.git ~/algernon-bin

c. Go to ~/algernon-bin folder and install it

$ cd ~/algernon-bin $ makepkg -si
