alt-media-writer on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "alt-media-writer" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install alt-media-writer on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S alt-media-writer

* (Optional) Uninstall alt-media-writer on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns alt-media-writer

2. Manually Install "alt-media-writer" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone alt-media-writer's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/alt-media-writer.git ~/alt-media-writer

c. Go to ~/alt-media-writer folder and install it

$ cd ~/alt-media-writer $ makepkg -si
