amdgpu-fan on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "amdgpu-fan" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install amdgpu-fan on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S amdgpu-fan

* (Optional) Uninstall amdgpu-fan on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns amdgpu-fan

2. Manually Install "amdgpu-fan" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone amdgpu-fan's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/amdgpu-fan.git ~/amdgpu-fan

c. Go to ~/amdgpu-fan folder and install it

$ cd ~/amdgpu-fan $ makepkg -si
