apt-dater-legacy on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "apt-dater-legacy" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install apt-dater-legacy on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S apt-dater-legacy

* (Optional) Uninstall apt-dater-legacy on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns apt-dater-legacy

2. Manually Install "apt-dater-legacy" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone apt-dater-legacy's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/apt-dater-legacy.git ~/apt-dater-legacy

c. Go to ~/apt-dater-legacy folder and install it

$ cd ~/apt-dater-legacy $ makepkg -si
