beast on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "beast" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install beast on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S beast

* (Optional) Uninstall beast on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns beast

2. Manually Install "beast" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone beast's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/beast.git ~/beast

c. Go to ~/beast folder and install it

$ cd ~/beast $ makepkg -si
