bus-pirate on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "bus-pirate" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install bus-pirate on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S bus-pirate

* (Optional) Uninstall bus-pirate on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns bus-pirate

2. Manually Install "bus-pirate" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone bus-pirate's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/bus-pirate.git ~/bus-pirate

c. Go to ~/bus-pirate folder and install it

$ cd ~/bus-pirate $ makepkg -si
