caprice32-git on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "caprice32-git" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install caprice32-git on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S caprice32-git

* (Optional) Uninstall caprice32-git on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns caprice32-git

2. Manually Install "caprice32-git" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone caprice32-git's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/caprice32-git.git ~/caprice32-git

c. Go to ~/caprice32-git folder and install it

$ cd ~/caprice32-git $ makepkg -si
