cdate on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "cdate" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install cdate on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S cdate

* (Optional) Uninstall cdate on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns cdate

2. Manually Install "cdate" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone cdate's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/cdate.git ~/cdate

c. Go to ~/cdate folder and install it

$ cd ~/cdate $ makepkg -si
