cec-firmware-upgrade on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "cec-firmware-upgrade" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install cec-firmware-upgrade on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S cec-firmware-upgrade

* (Optional) Uninstall cec-firmware-upgrade on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns cec-firmware-upgrade

2. Manually Install "cec-firmware-upgrade" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone cec-firmware-upgrade's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/cec-firmware-upgrade.git ~/cec-firmware-upgrade

c. Go to ~/cec-firmware-upgrade folder and install it

$ cd ~/cec-firmware-upgrade $ makepkg -si
