cherokee on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "cherokee" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install cherokee on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S cherokee

* (Optional) Uninstall cherokee on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns cherokee

2. Manually Install "cherokee" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone cherokee's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/cherokee.git ~/cherokee

c. Go to ~/cherokee folder and install it

$ cd ~/cherokee $ makepkg -si
