chromasig-seq on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "chromasig-seq" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install chromasig-seq on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S chromasig-seq

* (Optional) Uninstall chromasig-seq on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns chromasig-seq

2. Manually Install "chromasig-seq" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone chromasig-seq's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/chromasig-seq.git ~/chromasig-seq

c. Go to ~/chromasig-seq folder and install it

$ cd ~/chromasig-seq $ makepkg -si
