clockd on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "clockd" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install clockd on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S clockd

* (Optional) Uninstall clockd on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns clockd

2. Manually Install "clockd" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone clockd's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/clockd.git ~/clockd

c. Go to ~/clockd folder and install it

$ cd ~/clockd $ makepkg -si
