b. Install cloud-utils-bzr on Arch using YAY

* (Optional) Uninstall cloud-utils-bzr on Arch using YAY

                yay -Rns

2. Manually Install "cloud-utils-bzr" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:
