1. Install "crosstool-ng" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

                sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si
            
                    
    
    Copied

b. Install crosstool-ng on Arch using YAY


    
        
            $
        

        
            
                yay -S
            
                        
                crosstool-ng

* (Optional) Uninstall crosstool-ng on Arch using YAY

                yay -Rns
            
                        
                crosstool-ng

2. Manually Install "crosstool-ng" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

                sudo pacman -S --needed

b. Clone crosstool-ng's git locally

                git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/crosstool-ng.git
