cuda-10.1 on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "cuda-10.1" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install cuda-10.1 on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S cuda-10.1

* (Optional) Uninstall cuda-10.1 on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns cuda-10.1

2. Manually Install "cuda-10.1" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone cuda-10.1's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/cuda-10.1.git ~/cuda-10.1

c. Go to ~/cuda-10.1 folder and install it

$ cd ~/cuda-10.1 $ makepkg -si
