dell-idractools on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "dell-idractools" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install dell-idractools on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S dell-idractools

* (Optional) Uninstall dell-idractools on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns dell-idractools

2. Manually Install "dell-idractools" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone dell-idractools's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/dell-idractools.git ~/dell-idractools

c. Go to ~/dell-idractools folder and install it

$ cd ~/dell-idractools $ makepkg -si
