device-mapper-noudev on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "device-mapper-noudev" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install device-mapper-noudev on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S device-mapper-noudev

* (Optional) Uninstall device-mapper-noudev on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns device-mapper-noudev

2. Manually Install "device-mapper-noudev" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone device-mapper-noudev's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/device-mapper-noudev.git ~/device-mapper-noudev

c. Go to ~/device-mapper-noudev folder and install it

$ cd ~/device-mapper-noudev $ makepkg -si

3. Information about the device-mapper-noudev package on Arch User Repository (AUR)
