diamond-aligner on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "diamond-aligner" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install diamond-aligner on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S diamond-aligner

* (Optional) Uninstall diamond-aligner on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns diamond-aligner

2. Manually Install "diamond-aligner" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone diamond-aligner's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/diamond-aligner.git ~/diamond-aligner

c. Go to ~/diamond-aligner folder and install it

$ cd ~/diamond-aligner $ makepkg -si
