dongle-unlock on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "dongle-unlock" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install dongle-unlock on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S dongle-unlock

* (Optional) Uninstall dongle-unlock on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns dongle-unlock

2. Manually Install "dongle-unlock" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone dongle-unlock's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/dongle-unlock.git ~/dongle-unlock

c. Go to ~/dongle-unlock folder and install it

$ cd ~/dongle-unlock $ makepkg -si
