b. Install ekgping on Arch using YAY

* (Optional) Uninstall ekgping on Arch using YAY

2. Manually Install "ekgping" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

                base-devel git
            
                    
    
    Copied

b. Clone ekgping's git locally
