emacs-rich-minority on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "emacs-rich-minority" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install emacs-rich-minority on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S emacs-rich-minority

* (Optional) Uninstall emacs-rich-minority on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns emacs-rich-minority

2. Manually Install "emacs-rich-minority" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone emacs-rich-minority's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/emacs-rich-minority.git ~/emacs-rich-minority

c. Go to ~/emacs-rich-minority folder and install it

$ cd ~/emacs-rich-minority $ makepkg -si
