fcitx-input-support on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "fcitx-input-support" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install fcitx-input-support on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S fcitx-input-support

* (Optional) Uninstall fcitx-input-support on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns fcitx-input-support

2. Manually Install "fcitx-input-support" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone fcitx-input-support's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/fcitx-input-support.git ~/fcitx-input-support

c. Go to ~/fcitx-input-support folder and install it

$ cd ~/fcitx-input-support $ makepkg -si
