ffmpeg-amd-full on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "ffmpeg-amd-full" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install ffmpeg-amd-full on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S ffmpeg-amd-full

* (Optional) Uninstall ffmpeg-amd-full on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns ffmpeg-amd-full

2. Manually Install "ffmpeg-amd-full" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone ffmpeg-amd-full's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/ffmpeg-amd-full.git ~/ffmpeg-amd-full

c. Go to ~/ffmpeg-amd-full folder and install it

$ cd ~/ffmpeg-amd-full $ makepkg -si
