1. Install "flopoco" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

                sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install flopoco on Arch using YAY

* (Optional) Uninstall flopoco on Arch using YAY

2. Manually Install "flopoco" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:


    
        
            $
        

        
            
                sudo pacman -S --needed
            
                        
                base-devel git
            
                    
    
    Copied

b. Clone flopoco's git locally


    
        
            $
        

        
            
                git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/flopoco.git

c. Go to ~/flopoco folder and install it
