1. Install "gimp-script-luminosity-masks" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install gimp-script-luminosity-masks on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S gimp-script-luminosity-masks

* (Optional) Uninstall gimp-script-luminosity-masks on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns gimp-script-luminosity-masks

2. Manually Install "gimp-script-luminosity-masks" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone gimp-script-luminosity-masks's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/gimp-script-luminosity-masks.git ~/gimp-script-luminosity-masks

c. Go to ~/gimp-script-luminosity-masks folder and install it

$ cd ~/gimp-script-luminosity-masks $ makepkg -si
