gnome-screenruler on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "gnome-screenruler" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install gnome-screenruler on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S gnome-screenruler

* (Optional) Uninstall gnome-screenruler on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns gnome-screenruler

2. Manually Install "gnome-screenruler" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone gnome-screenruler's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/gnome-screenruler.git ~/gnome-screenruler

c. Go to ~/gnome-screenruler folder and install it

$ cd ~/gnome-screenruler $ makepkg -si
