b. Install gr-hpsdr on Arch using YAY

* (Optional) Uninstall gr-hpsdr on Arch using YAY

2. Manually Install "gr-hpsdr" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

                sudo pacman -S --needed
            
                        
                base-devel git
            
                    
    
    Copied

b. Clone gr-hpsdr's git locally

                git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/gr-hpsdr.git
