greetd-fakegreet on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "greetd-fakegreet" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install greetd-fakegreet on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S greetd-fakegreet

* (Optional) Uninstall greetd-fakegreet on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns greetd-fakegreet

2. Manually Install "greetd-fakegreet" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone greetd-fakegreet's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/greetd-fakegreet.git ~/greetd-fakegreet

c. Go to ~/greetd-fakegreet folder and install it

$ cd ~/greetd-fakegreet $ makepkg -si
