guile-gnome-platform on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "guile-gnome-platform" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install guile-gnome-platform on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S guile-gnome-platform

* (Optional) Uninstall guile-gnome-platform on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns guile-gnome-platform

2. Manually Install "guile-gnome-platform" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone guile-gnome-platform's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/guile-gnome-platform.git ~/guile-gnome-platform

c. Go to ~/guile-gnome-platform folder and install it

$ cd ~/guile-gnome-platform $ makepkg -si
