hal-flash on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "hal-flash" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install hal-flash on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S hal-flash

* (Optional) Uninstall hal-flash on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns hal-flash

2. Manually Install "hal-flash" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone hal-flash's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/hal-flash.git ~/hal-flash

c. Go to ~/hal-flash folder and install it

$ cd ~/hal-flash $ makepkg -si
