hosts-modifier on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "hosts-modifier" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install hosts-modifier on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S hosts-modifier

* (Optional) Uninstall hosts-modifier on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns hosts-modifier

2. Manually Install "hosts-modifier" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone hosts-modifier's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/hosts-modifier.git ~/hosts-modifier

c. Go to ~/hosts-modifier folder and install it

$ cd ~/hosts-modifier $ makepkg -si
