b. Install imlib2-jxl on Arch using YAY

* (Optional) Uninstall imlib2-jxl on Arch using YAY

2. Manually Install "imlib2-jxl" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

                sudo pacman -S --needed
            
                        
                base-devel git
            
                    
    
    Copied

b. Clone imlib2-jxl's git locally

                git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/imlib2-jxl.git
