kvdo-dkms on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "kvdo-dkms" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install kvdo-dkms on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S kvdo-dkms

* (Optional) Uninstall kvdo-dkms on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns kvdo-dkms

2. Manually Install "kvdo-dkms" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone kvdo-dkms's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/kvdo-dkms.git ~/kvdo-dkms

c. Go to ~/kvdo-dkms folder and install it

$ cd ~/kvdo-dkms $ makepkg -si
