lenovo-ice-mode on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "lenovo-ice-mode" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install lenovo-ice-mode on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S lenovo-ice-mode

* (Optional) Uninstall lenovo-ice-mode on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns lenovo-ice-mode

2. Manually Install "lenovo-ice-mode" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone lenovo-ice-mode's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/lenovo-ice-mode.git ~/lenovo-ice-mode

c. Go to ~/lenovo-ice-mode folder and install it

$ cd ~/lenovo-ice-mode $ makepkg -si
