libhdate-glib on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "libhdate-glib" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install libhdate-glib on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S libhdate-glib

* (Optional) Uninstall libhdate-glib on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns libhdate-glib

2. Manually Install "libhdate-glib" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone libhdate-glib's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/libhdate-glib.git ~/libhdate-glib

c. Go to ~/libhdate-glib folder and install it

$ cd ~/libhdate-glib $ makepkg -si
