lpd8editor on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "lpd8editor" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install lpd8editor on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S lpd8editor

* (Optional) Uninstall lpd8editor on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns lpd8editor

2. Manually Install "lpd8editor" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone lpd8editor's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/lpd8editor.git ~/lpd8editor

c. Go to ~/lpd8editor folder and install it

$ cd ~/lpd8editor $ makepkg -si
