a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

b. Install mafft-mpi on Arch using YAY

* (Optional) Uninstall mafft-mpi on Arch using YAY

2. Manually Install "mafft-mpi" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

                base-devel git

b. Clone mafft-mpi's git locally
