a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

b. Install med-salome on Arch using YAY

* (Optional) Uninstall med-salome on Arch using YAY

2. Manually Install "med-salome" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:


    
        
            $
        

        
            
                sudo pacman -S --needed
            
                        
                base-devel git
            
                    
    
    Copied

b. Clone med-salome's git locally


    
        
            $
        

        
            
                git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/med-salome.git 
            
                        
                ~/med-salome

c. Go to ~/med-salome folder and install it
