1. Install "mips64-linux-gnu-linux-api-headers" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install mips64-linux-gnu-linux-api-headers on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S mips64-linux-gnu-linux-api-headers

* (Optional) Uninstall mips64-linux-gnu-linux-api-headers on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns mips64-linux-gnu-linux-api-headers

2. Manually Install "mips64-linux-gnu-linux-api-headers" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone mips64-linux-gnu-linux-api-headers's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/mips64-linux-gnu-linux-api-headers.git ~/mips64-linux-gnu-linux-api-headers

c. Go to ~/mips64-linux-gnu-linux-api-headers folder and install it

$ cd ~/mips64-linux-gnu-linux-api-headers $ makepkg -si
