mkinitcpio-systemd-root-password on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "mkinitcpio-systemd-root-password" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install mkinitcpio-systemd-root-password on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S mkinitcpio-systemd-root-password

* (Optional) Uninstall mkinitcpio-systemd-root-password on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns mkinitcpio-systemd-root-password

2. Manually Install "mkinitcpio-systemd-root-password" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone mkinitcpio-systemd-root-password's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/mkinitcpio-systemd-root-password.git ~/mkinitcpio-systemd-root-password

c. Go to ~/mkinitcpio-systemd-root-password folder and install it

$ cd ~/mkinitcpio-systemd-root-password $ makepkg -si
