motu on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "motu" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install motu on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S motu

* (Optional) Uninstall motu on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns motu

2. Manually Install "motu" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone motu's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/motu.git ~/motu

c. Go to ~/motu folder and install it

$ cd ~/motu $ makepkg -si
