mpris-fakeplayer on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "mpris-fakeplayer" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install mpris-fakeplayer on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S mpris-fakeplayer

* (Optional) Uninstall mpris-fakeplayer on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns mpris-fakeplayer

2. Manually Install "mpris-fakeplayer" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone mpris-fakeplayer's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/mpris-fakeplayer.git ~/mpris-fakeplayer

c. Go to ~/mpris-fakeplayer folder and install it

$ cd ~/mpris-fakeplayer $ makepkg -si
