mywire-connect on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "mywire-connect" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install mywire-connect on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S mywire-connect

* (Optional) Uninstall mywire-connect on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns mywire-connect

2. Manually Install "mywire-connect" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone mywire-connect's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/mywire-connect.git ~/mywire-connect

c. Go to ~/mywire-connect folder and install it

$ cd ~/mywire-connect $ makepkg -si
