b. Install ngxtop-ce on Arch using YAY

* (Optional) Uninstall ngxtop-ce on Arch using YAY

2. Manually Install "ngxtop-ce" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

                sudo pacman -S --needed
            
                        
                base-devel git
            
                    
    
    Copied

b. Clone ngxtop-ce's git locally
