b. Install nimiq-bin on Arch using YAY

* (Optional) Uninstall nimiq-bin on Arch using YAY

2. Manually Install "nimiq-bin" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

                base-devel git

b. Clone nimiq-bin's git locally
