b. Install nis-utils on Arch using YAY

* (Optional) Uninstall nis-utils on Arch using YAY

2. Manually Install "nis-utils" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

                sudo pacman -S --needed
            
                        
                base-devel git
            
                    
    
    Copied

b. Clone nis-utils's git locally

                git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/nis-utils.git
