nvidia-optictl on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "nvidia-optictl" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install nvidia-optictl on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S nvidia-optictl

* (Optional) Uninstall nvidia-optictl on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns nvidia-optictl

2. Manually Install "nvidia-optictl" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone nvidia-optictl's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/nvidia-optictl.git ~/nvidia-optictl

c. Go to ~/nvidia-optictl folder and install it

$ cd ~/nvidia-optictl $ makepkg -si
