optimus-manager-qt on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "optimus-manager-qt" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install optimus-manager-qt on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S optimus-manager-qt

* (Optional) Uninstall optimus-manager-qt on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns optimus-manager-qt

2. Manually Install "optimus-manager-qt" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone optimus-manager-qt's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/optimus-manager-qt.git ~/optimus-manager-qt

c. Go to ~/optimus-manager-qt folder and install it

$ cd ~/optimus-manager-qt $ makepkg -si
