pairing_tool on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "pairing_tool" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install pairing_tool on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S pairing_tool

* (Optional) Uninstall pairing_tool on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns pairing_tool

2. Manually Install "pairing_tool" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone pairing_tool's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/pairing_tool.git ~/pairing_tool

c. Go to ~/pairing_tool folder and install it

$ cd ~/pairing_tool $ makepkg -si
